Setting up a My Ibodeo Account and Logging In

New Users

Select the "My Ibodeo" tab at the top right of any page.
Create your profile/account by filling out the new user section.
A welcome email will be sent to the email address provided.

Existing Users/Return Users

Select the "My Ibodeo" tab at the top right of any page.
Log in with your username and Password.

Searching for Properties

1. Select one of the four Search Methods in the top left column or use the interactive map on the "Find" page.

2. Enter your Criteria, such as # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, Square footage, etc. Warning - the more criteria you enter the fewer homes will come up on your home search results. TIP: Start broad and narrow in with the criteria that is most important to you.

Saving Searches and Favorites

1. You now have the option of selecting "Search" or "Save this Search". "Search" will display the Search results based on the criteria entered. "Save this Search" will set up an automated search that you may choose when logging onto ibodeo.com and will also rerun once a day and send the results to your email account. To save the search, select the "Save this Search" button. Give the search a name that makes sense to you. It's as easy as that. You may save as many different searches as you would like. 2. You can also save your search after the search results have been displayed by clicking on the button at either the top center or bottom center of the search results labeled "Email Me When New Listings Match This Search." 3. You can save individual listings to your favorites from either the search results page or from the detailed listings page. Simply click on the "Add to Favorites" Button.

Managing Favorites and Saved Searches

You can manage your Favorites and Saved Searches once you have logged in to your "My Ibodeo" account.

Favorites From the Search Tools Menu, select the favorites button. From here you can view the listing, delete it from your favorites, and email it to your agent or a friend.
Saved Searches From the Search Tools Menu, select the "Searchsaver" button. From here you can run the search, view the results, delete the search, or modify your search.

Request Showings

You may also request to see a property by clicking on "REQUEST SHOWING" or by calling either phone number provided in the header of the page. If scheduling by phone, be sure to write down the Listing Number. You may also request information about a property by clicking on "INQUIRE." Again, make sure you have the Listing Number of the property you are interested in if you are calling one of the phone numbers provided rather than submitting your question online.
